Happy New Year Everyone. What is your new year resolution?

Hey guys,

Sorry for taking such a long break. Anyway, Happy 2009 to everyone. I wish that Bolehland will survive through the economy crisis and that our politicians will be more matured and be more caring.

It looks like Najib is going to be our next Prime Minister soon. Politics aside, I only wish that he can bring this nation forward.

Sorry Uncle Nik and Uncle Hadi. Hudud is a "no go" for me. Please. The economy is the main concern this year. Stop bickering and save us from the downfall.

With all the chaos from the opposition, I am only glad that Anwar didnt takeover now. I bet he can see clearly now that once in power, all his allies are not so united afterall. They end up biting each other. So maybe they will be better prepared for the next term but not now.

Best wishes,
TCJ

Hey joker,
Please read up on hudud ok? RPK would be a good source. Ask some learned Muslim friends. It mainly affects Muslims, u dumb dumb. Have MCA, MIC n UMNO brainwashed u so long, so deep you can't see the light? Don't u know the politics of number? How could the constitution be amended when PAS only has how many seats in the parliament? Even if hudud were to be implemented in full (mind u aspects of hudud are already being practised in syariah courts though not offically being called hudud), UMNO goons will be the first to shit n pee in their pants cause they would lose their limbs to these hudud laws. On one hand, they had been hoodwinking the malays saying PAS is not sincere/flips flops about hudud, on another UMNO via its lapdog MCA has been instilling this deep-rooted fear of the unknown and very misunderstood hudud among the Chinese, think Bush and his incessant message of Islamophobia (Islam = evil). This hudud game was brought up by that 'SIL' Khairy again during KT campaign to trap the not so intelligent PAS's whose-his-name during a debate. And he being not so intelligent and fearing that Pas'd be labelled traitor to their struggle, he fell into UMNO's trap. Aren't you, like many people, in a way, like him too? Would hudud still be the reason why Chinese won't vote for PAS (Pakatan Rakyat)? I guess it would if we remain ignorant of UMNO dirty tricks? U can bet ur last dollars come the 13th General election, this weapon will be used to scare off Chinese voters again and at the same time paint a bad picture of PAS among the malays for being insincere and not serious about hudud.

and the economy is going to get worse with or without hudud. More and more factories are shutting down. Some banks have already 'admitted' we are already 'technically' in recession. Ha ha... what a jargon to sweeten the gloomy word. And that smart Finance minister still insists our economy is still strong. Then why the need for bailouts in billions of ringgit (he calls them pakej merangsang ekonomi by the way)? Read foreign news about investers' assessent of Malaysia's current economic climate to have a clearer picture. It's a 'NO-GO'. But do you know that in every economic recession, millionaires are born? Those with knowledge and some substancial money to spare, this recession is a dream-come-true for them. How about making 'i want to be a millionaire' ur new year resolution? The economy will heal, would take 3-4 years to be where it were before recession. Happy Chinese New Year, may u be resilient as the Ox!!!
