According to the Election Commission, for reasons of logistics and weather, these ballot boxes are to be transported either by boat or helicopter to the main tally centre at the sports complex in Lubok Antu. The votes will be counted there. These boxes represent about 45 percent of the total electorate.Opposition PKR has earlier lodged an official protest because they are concerned of the possibility that these boxes could be switched while on transit.
